Thin frame laser cut simulated metal factory windows with position-able tilt-out vent window. These windows can also be sized to fit different openings by cutting off rows of window openings either horizontally or vertically.
This sheet carries:
6 - 15'-3" wide by 7'-4" high fixed factory metal type windows - Opening size is 14'-5" wide by 6'-6" high.
12 - 4'-5" wide by 7'-4" high fixed factory metal type windows - Opening size is 3'-7" wide by 6'-6" high.
2 - 4'-5" wide by 5'-8" high fixed factory metal type windows- Opening size is 3'-7" wide by 4'-10" high.
Be aware these windows are designed to fit against the back of the wall around each opening. Thus the opening should be at least 10" less in both width and height. This will allow for a 2" frame around the outside of the windows showing in the opening.
Rows of vertical or horizontal windows can be cut from the larger frame to make shorter or narrower windows.

Paint only with acrylic paints. The thinness of the mullions will cause them to crack when solvent based paints are used. the acrylic paints are actually rubber and thus bend better. Always paint while still attached to the carrier sheet and before attaching the acetate glazing.

NOTE: These windows only come in our RC Board material and only with Adhesive Backing because the mullions are so thin. These are the thinnest mullions we can cut.
