These laser cut simulated 12" wide cedar shake/stone slate shingles come on two sheets to a package. The strips are permanent self-adhesive, just peel and stick, real easy to install. The shakes all the same length and they have a round bottom shape shingle just like the real ones. With a light painting of alcohol/India ink solution the shakes take on a nice aged appearance, a little more, more aging, it's all up to you. Check the photo at top, half is stained the other half is not. There is also a strip that can be used for a ridge cap strip.
There are two sheets (4.25 x 12 inches) in each package. Allowing for a 50% overlap of strips there is approx. 45 square inches of coverage per package.
Shingles are laser cut from a heavy wood fiber content paper and resemble wood or asphalt shingles very well. These shakes are also good for wall coverings to vary your buildings. Because they can be stained easily you can add various tones to simulate rotting or even previously painted shingles. The Slate Gray or Green colored stock simulate hard slate shingles while the Brown colored simulate cedar shakes. Let your imagination run wild.
