Newly Released... The Wall-Mounted Exhaust System #3 is now available.
The Wall-Mounted Exhaust System is a newly designed set of 3D-printed / resin-cast components to make up this detail assembly kit.
This new Exhaust System kit is a collaboration between Rusty Stumps Scale Models and Rail-Scale-Models with the intent to offer another interesting industrial detail kit for scale structures.
The Exhaust System kit incudes a set of components to build up the mechanical system as shown, however, the exact configuration may be modified to fit your wall structure. There are enough fittings and ductwork piping to provide flexibility of the system layout. Follow the assembly instructions for the standard layout, or make variations as you like.
Kit includes one exhaust casting; four (4) 45-degree, two (2) 90-degree, one (1) 22.5-degree, two (2) straight, and one (1) Y fittings; styrene tubing; and styrene angle. Cut tubing to length as described in the instructions or modify lengths to fit your structure wall. Square tubing represents approximately 27" ductwork in HO scale.
And for you S scalers, this detail kit assembly should work well for S scale structures. Square tubing represents approximately 20" ductwork in S scale.
