Front Street Hotel is the second kit in a series of downtown urban background flats - called The Front Street Series. Front Street Hotel has a "street address" - 423 Front Street. There are several additional background structures to follow in this series - each with a neighboring Front Street address.
Front Street Hotel represents a vintage-look hotel in that semi-urban neighborhood. It's sided with clapboard siding with a front-entry roof awning, a cool sign suspended out from the front wall, and a staircase access structure atop the roof. The kit includes a concrete sidewalk / base to complete the build.
The kit includes a nice set of details - Tichy windows & doors & storm shutters; a sheet of signage for structure signs; a fire-escape ladder assembly; and a small collection of white metal castings to finish the scene.
This structure will look great in an urban or sub-urban area that resides on the maybe "not so nice" side of the tracks.
