The MunieMaecher Chair Co structure depicts a large brick industrial building that houses a furniture manufacturing company. The structure is designed as a background kit that will set nicely against a backdrop of your railroad layout. Of course, the structure can depict any other manufacturing or warehousing business that suits your needs.
This structure kit has interesting lines and depth in all three dimensions - length, height, and depth. The kit includes walls, roof pieces, windows, roofing material, and structural support components to complete the structure build. It also includes a set of details for the laser-cut loading dock(s), and a set of details on a sprue that includes chimneys, roof exhausts, staircases, and boiler assembly. The roof-top water tank is also included. There is a set of details for structure signage, dock roof overhang, and raised seam and corrugated metal roofing strips.
