Owl Creek Station is a mixed hydrocal-cast and laser-cut structure kit.
This structure kit comes into the Rail-Scale-Models product line-up as part of the acquisition of the Railway Design Associates structure kit business.
This structure kit was one of the earliest RDA kit releases... but had been unavailable for many years as the kit was discontinued. Here at Rail-Scale-Models, the kit is re-mastered, some portions re-designed, and re-released as a brand new offering.
Owl Creek Station represents a lineside passenger station - a mix of stone and board-and-batten construction. The main Passenger Station is a stone structure - in hydrocal-cast components, and the Baggage Room and Bay Window sections are laser-cut board-and-batten components. This structure has a lot of character, and can be a center-piece of attraction on your model railroad.
This structure kit includes four (4) hyrdrocal-cast walls, and laser-cut details for the Baggage Room, Bay Window, window & door assemblies, roof cards, base & decking, and shake shingles. Kit includes several lineside details for the Station Order Board and Mail Bag Post, as well as structure details for the exterior lamps, stove pipe, brick chimney, and signage for "Owl Creek Station".
It's very exciting to re-release this old RDA kit... as it deserves to be available for the HO scale modeler.
